These individually owned condominiums in Panama City Beach were designed to provide luxurious getaways at affordable prices. The nine-foot ceilings with crown molding add to the spacious feel and luxurious appearance. Though it is not one of the larger resorts, Twin Palms strives to instill the amenities of a larger complex, but with a more intimate feel and much smaller prices for an environment of quality casual comfort. This Panama City Beach western location conveniently resides on Front Beach Road in the heart of this beach town with 220-feet of wondrous beachfront.

Amenities at the Twin Palms condos include a sizable gulf front pool with indoor and outdoor spa tubs. There is also an exercise room with sauna and steam room for the fitness buffs. Private covered parking is a great asset for the convenience and security of guests.

The terrific one and two-bedroom units are all beachfront and come with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies with superb views and separate living areas. The square footage ranges from 1,020 to 1,400 square feet for these roomy condos. Guests that stay in the two-bedroom units greatly appreciate the additional space, while others find the one-bedroom condos work just fine. Cable television with DVD players are provided for relaxing after a long day on the beach or shopping. Many great attractions are located within short distances of Twin Palms. Visitors will find a nearby water park, miniature golf, zoo and golf course. Shopping and numerous water sport activities are also conveniently located. With no restaurant onsite, Twin Palms is located near many of the most popular restaurants in the area. Among those would be Coyote Ugly and Salty’s that are both within walking distance along the beach. Pineapple Willy’s, with their delicious ribs, is only about a mile down the road.

With a fully equipped kitchen, guests often cook many of their meals right in their condo. Be sure to bring food with you to stock your shelves or there is a super center just a couple blocks away to pick up groceries or perishables once you arrive. Be warned that it does stay pretty busy during the peak seasons.

There is a small office on the property located near the street, but there is not always someone there to run it. A phone number on the door can be used to confirm room numbers upon arrival and to make requests when a person is not readily onsite. Since there is often no one available at the property, find out who you should call if there are any problems during your stay. Very often guests will be dealing directly with the person that owns the condo unit. The condos are pretty much self-sufficient and you should not have a great deal of need for assistance. As with most condos, you pick up after yourself and a washer and dryer are right in your room to freshen towels and linens. If you’re the type that needs a good deal of assistance and attention where you stay, or if you need kid-friendly accommodations, you really should try a different location.

You won’t find a Tiki Bar, restaurants or preplanned activities for kids or adults. The atmosphere at Twin Palms is basically relaxed and clean. Some guests describe it as a really quiet place to stay and others say there were large crowds having a great time during their visit. They don’t attract a lot of families with kids, though they are definitely welcome. It’s a great place for a relaxing getaway for couples or friends. Reservations can only be made by adults age 25 and older. Anyone under that age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
