One of the greatest attractions to this condo is what is referred to as low density occupancy. In comparison to most of the other desirable locations in the area with hundreds of units, Palazzo offers a very limited 129 residences lying on 220 feet of pristine beach. This offers a more private and secluded atmosphere. Each and every condo allows guests splendid views of the ocean and white sandy beaches. An elevated tropical beach front pool with spa tub adds elegance along with the beautiful water feature.

One, two and three-bedroom floor plans are available to accommodate your group. The one-bedroom, two bath unit has a bunk area and 1,026 square feet of wonderful space. The two-bedroom, two bath condo also has a bunk area with an expanded 1,345 square feet. Three-bedroom units vary in size with all having three baths. They start with the interior units that measure 1,475 square feet, east end rooms with an even more spacious 1,849 square feet and the west end units with 1,874. Decorative ceramic tile is featured in the kitchen, baths and foyer. Fully functional kitchens with granite countertops are a delight with all needed appliances, ice maker in the refrigerator and a microwave oven. To top it all off, all units come with a relaxing garden tub and separate shower in the master bath.

The nine-foot ceilings in the living room add to the spaciousness and openness with the nine-foot sliding doors offering wonderful views. Crown molding and ceiling fans also add a nice touch of elegance in the master bedroom suites and living areas. The rooms come wired for high-speed Internet access for those who travel with their technology. When you just want to relax and unwind, stop by the lobby for a complimentary DVD rental to play in your room.

Amenities at the Palazzo include a full fitness center overlooking the pool deck and ocean, conference center, on-site management offices in the front lobby and covered parking. Three elevators in a facility of this limited size also help to diminish long waits to keep your schedule on track. They have the valuable Passport to Fun package that offers some really nice complimentary seasonal activities from boating and fishing to fun recreation. Guests will receive complimentary admission for one to Gulf World marine park, the Gemini Queen, Capt. Anderson III Shell Island Cruise and an adult buffet at Capt. Kidd’s Seafood Buffet. These activities are usually valid from March through October and are available for each day of your stay.
