Those of you that previously heard of, seen or stayed at the former Island Breeze Motel across from Boar’s Head Restaurant will be delighted to find that it was replaced by the new and luxurious Palazzo Resort Condominium. One of the greatest attractions to this condo is what is referred to as low density occupancy. In comparison to most of the other desirable locations in the area with hundreds of units, Palazzo offers a very limited 129 residences lying on 220 feet of pristine beach. This offers a more private and secluded atmosphere. Each and every condo allows guests splendid views of the ocean and white sandy beaches. An elevated tropical beach front pool with spa tub adds elegance along with the beautiful water feature.

One, two and three-bedroom floor plans are available to accommodate your group. The one-bedroom, two bath unit has a bunk area and 1,026 square feet of wonderful space. The two-bedroom, two bath condo also has a bunk area with an expanded 1,345 square feet. Three-bedroom units vary in size with all having three baths. They start with the interior units that measure 1,475 square feet, east end rooms with an even more spacious 1,849 square feet and the west end units with 1,874. Decorative ceramic tile is featured in the kitchen, baths and foyer. Fully functional kitchens with granite countertops are a delight with all needed appliances, ice maker in the refrigerator and a microwave oven. To top it all off, all units come with a relaxing garden tub and separate shower in the master bath.

Origin At Seahaven in Panama City Beach

This Polynesian and Island Easy décor condominium offers a unique first class experience at an affordable price. Origin has a great location that is very convenient to many local attractions. Gulf World Marine Park is only a quarter mile away, with Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Panama City Beach Pier only three miles.

Though not located right on the beachfront, the 17-story Origin is just across the street with extremely easy access. Beach lovers will find themselves only about a three minute walk from the water. Views from the condos at Origin range from resort views to ocean views. Those that want to ensure that they have a great view of the gulf will need to request a unit on the sixth or seventh floor or above, as views from the lower level rooms are often blocked by other buildings.

Right across the street from Origin condos in Panama City Beach, FL is a nice and convenient little beach side restaurant named Sharkey’s. They’re not fancy, but just a good place for bar-type food and drinks. For your nicer meals, you might want to head over to Pier Park about a mile away or visit some of the other nearby eateries.

Angelo’s Steak Pit

If you love steak, then you’re absolutely going to love Angelo’s Steak Pit in Panama City Beach, FL. This place is decades old and probably hasn’t changed any of its décor, but don’t let any of that fool you. The steaks at Angelo’s are arguably the best in Panama City Beach, FL and some of the best steaks you’re bound to find anywhere for that matter.

Some of the most flavorful steaks are the Ribeye and NY Strip, while the filet mignon is full of flavor and extremely tender (my mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!). If you have the stomach for a massive, incredible steak then give the 30oz T-Bone a go. Yep…30 ounces of some of the best steak you’ll ever experience. These steaks have so much flavor that we strongly suggest not using any steak sauce or anything at first…trust us…they’re that good. After a few bites and savoring the flavor, give the Angelo’s steak sauce a try with it’s sweet Vidalia onion taste…it compliments the steaks really well.

As for the other food on the menu, we honestly have no clue! People go to Angelo’s for the steaks….period. However, they do have other items on the menu for people in your party who do not like steaks (or meat for that matter)…but the steaks are the main attraction at Angelo’s Steak Pit.

The Shrimp Boat Restaurant

The Shrimp Boat Restaurant in Panama City Beach, FL is a blast from the past as it was built in the 1950′s as a small restaurant right on the water serving up fresh seafood. It was popular with the locals as well as visitors that found out about it, but over the years the family-owned restaurant closed its doors in the 1980′s and was torn down in 2002. Loren Smith, the son of the original owner, vowed to resurrect the original appeal of The Shrimp Boat Restaurant and build “the darndest marina and restaurant in that very spot.” In the summer of 2009, that dream came true with what is quickly growing into one of the best places to eat seafood in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The new Shrimp Boat Restaurant is 310 feet long, 3 stories high with over 24,000 sq. feet and is modeled architecturally after a 19th-Century Cuban Cigar Factory. Along with the restaurant is a small marina that houses a few shrimp and charter boats.

As for the food, The Shrimp Boat Restaurant has a wide variety of seafood dishes as well as some other meals for those who do not necessarily prefer seafood. For appetizers, the she-crab soup is fantastic and made fresh daily with white cream, fresh lump crab meat, sherry, and white pepper. It’s some of the best she-crab soup available in Panama City Beach. Also, the Flash Fried Cheese is incredible.
