With each condominium being individually owned, the furnishings, décor and accommodations may differ. We’re not able to tell you exactly what each condo provides, but in general, you may expect fully furnished kitchens with modern appliances and quality amenities such as granite countertops and multiple televisions with DVD players. The floor plans vary in design and space so be sure to choose one that suits your needs and accommodates your party size.

As a nice touch, the resort provides complimentary DVD’s for guests to enjoy when they need some down time or if the weather is uncooperative. Don’t expect Wi-Fi access in the rooms, though it is available in a few select locations like the business center and pool area.

We do have a few tips that may come in handy during your stay.

• If possible, use Hutchison Road or other back roads to reach your destination in order to avoid the bumper-to-bumper traffic of Front Beach Road.
• Traffic gets pretty hairy at night, so if you’re going out, be prepared with lots of patience and allow extra time.
• The luggage carts can be hard to find. If one is not readily available in the lobby or by the elevators, look in the alcove at the concrete pillar over to the left of the elevator doors in the lobby. They tend to hide out there. If all else fails, ask at the front desk.
• The pool in the gulf front The Grand (Tower 1) does get more sun than the other pool, but if it’s really crowded, you might try the the Grand Vista gulf view (Tower #2) pool that is just as nice.
• For groceries and other necessities, there’s a Walmart located near Front Beach and Hutchison.
