Though not located right on the beachfront, the 17-story Origin is just across the street with extremely easy access. Beach lovers will find themselves only about a three minute walk from the water. Views from the condos at Origin range from resort views to ocean views. Those that want to ensure that they have a great view of the gulf will need to request a unit on the sixth or seventh floor or above, as views from the lower level rooms are often blocked by other buildings.

Right across the street from Origin condos in Panama City Beach, FL is a nice and convenient little beach side restaurant named Sharkey’s. They’re not fancy, but just a good place for bar-type food and drinks. For your nicer meals, you might want to head over to Pier Park about a mile away or visit some of the other nearby eateries.

The Panama City Beach condo units at Origins offer several choices. They range from the efficiency one bedrooms and beach views to the regular one, two and three-bedrooms. Some of the larger units also have luxuries like fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, quality appliances, washers and dryers and sofas in the living areas that fold out for extra sleeping room. Tiled floors, seating areas, balconies with table and chairs along with a clean, spacious and comfortable environment make for a great stay for you and your family or friends. So choose what size accommodation you need and the amenities you prefer when making your reservations.

One thing that guests to Origin at Seahaven seem to mention time and time again are the comfortable beds. They are definitely one of the favorites that add extra enjoyment and luxury to your stay. The residences that do not come with washer/dryer units will have a nearby laundry facility to keep up with the laundry and wash linens when necessary. Remember that like most condominiums, Origins does not provide daily housekeeping with exchange of towels and linens like you come to expect at hotels. The fourth floor is a treasure with its serene courtyard with potted palms, heated pool, spa tub and barbeque grills. This is a favorite hangout for many of the guests. Origins also has two rooftop terraces with beautiful ocean views that can be reserved for group events and special gatherings. Another great feature at this condominium is the theater that shows nightly movies. Many of them are planned around the kids, so check out what movies they have scheduled. It only seats about 24 people, so it’s never overly crowded. The movie room can also be used for special screenings and to view televised sports events. Guests who don’t want to miss out on their daily exercise routines can make good use of the fitness center that is equipped with free weights and cardio machines.

The arcade is located on the first floor and is a favorite for the younger crowd. Origin usually has nightly entertainment for kids during the busier seasons. Also look for family events such as Luaus, parents night out, magicians, face painting and other fun extras. The parking area for Origins is convenient, however it is limited in size. Just know that if the garage is full, there is an overflow lot outside the area where you can park.

Another item we can help you with is the annoyance of the slow elevator service. This is a very common problem with sizable hotels and condominiums. There is a, however, somewhat of a solution to this problem when you stay at Origin. You will find that most guests use the two elevators located in the center of each level of the building. Many of them are not aware that there are actually four elevators. The other two are located at either end of the building. They are used much less than the middle elevators and typically provide considerably faster service for getting to and from the lobby, your rooms or the fourth floor pool area.

And again, as with all condos, be aware that the units are usually privately owned and will vary in décor, cleanliness and some of the amenities.
